Content…where to begin:
Scripture can be
overwhelming if you are just beginning to look into it. A great
starting place is the Gospel
of John in the New
Testament section. This Gospel describes so beautifully how
the Eternal Word of God became flesh and dwelt among us in the
person of Jesus Christ. It shows the extent to which our Heavenly Father
was willing to go in order to rescue lost sinners and bring individuals
into a personal relationship with Himself. The series Foundations
of Faith in Topics
builds upon the basics of our salvation.
Message Quantity and Quality:
There are almost
800 messages on this site, taught by Pastor Ashley Day, and spanning
several decades. The majority were recorded during Sunday services on
reel-to-reel tape. Some of the messages, being over 40 years old, have
suffered the effects of time; so we trust that the muffled or poorer
audio quality in those instances doesn’t interfere with the blessing
contained within. We are so grateful to the Lord for His preservation
of such a rich archive of teaching.
Sharing or Returning to a Message Series or Topical Heading:
Beyond browsing our site, there are two ways to connect others to a
message either by...Copy Link or by Downloading a
message.
1) Copy Link:
Under
each heading of a Series or Topical message there is a Copy Link button,
providing a means to share the material or return directly to it later.
After you click Copy Link, Copied to Clipboard confirms that you have
temporarily saved the link address. Go to wherever you want to use the
link (email, text message, document, web browser, etc.), then right-click,
then Paste.
2) Downloading a Message:
Sometimes
it’s helpful to download a message to your computer so you can listen
to it offline. On the right side of each audio message, click the three
dots (More options), then select Download. The file (MP3 format) will
go to your computer’s default download folder.
Past Radio Broadcasts:
While Ashley Day was alive,
his Seed-Time Radio Ministry was flourishing. In the US, his voice
was heard in: Oregon, Nebraska, Virginia, Alabama, New York and Washington
State. Internationally, Seed-Time messages were broadcast in: Ireland,
Israel and across the continent of Africa. To broadcast this expansively,
$60,000 a year was needed. We were amazed at the Lord’s amazing provision,
enabling us to continue for another 8 years after Ashley Day died. Then
in 2022 it was necessary to downsize.

are now being aired in three locations.
In the
Pacific Northwest - through KSPO in Spokane, Washington,
In
the United Kingdom - through RADIO NORTH in Northern Ireland,
Across
Israel - through JOYFUL SKIES.
A Missionary Venture:
A couple of years ago, long-time
friends of Seed-Time Ministries created their own evangelistic
website, WasItForMe.com (WIFM).
In their search of Bible Study material, WIFM asked if Ashley Day’s
audio series on the book of John’s Gospel might be
made available for translation into the Bengali and Indian languages.
Through the mentorship of native evangelists, several study groups have
formed. Using the Day sermons of John and Mark translated into their
own languages, there are several university student groups, a cleric
group, women’s gatherings, men's gatherings, several children’s studies
and Church evening Bible studies, gathering around God’s Word. For many
of those attending, this is the first time they have ever touched or
opened a Bible.
Seeing God’s Word being spread in this way would have brought much joy to Pastor Day’s heart. And one day it will, when the precious individuals involved stand with us in the Lord’s presence! Though he spoke and wrote this material so many years ago, the Bengali and Indian Bible studies stand as a testament to the perennial freshness of God’s word and its relevance to every time and culture.
